Set among the rolling hills of Carmel Valley Ranch, Sammy and Hochi's wedding was a beautiful blend of modern luxury, thoughtful design, and personal style. Every detail reflected an effortless editorial aesthetic—minimal, elevated, and full of personality.

Sammy envisioned a bridal look that felt naturally radiant and polished without looking overdone. We created a luminous natural glam makeup look with glowing skin, softly sculpted eyes, and a monochromatic palette that enhanced her features while maintaining a fresh, modern finish.
Her hairstyle featured a softly textured editorial ponytail with effortless volume and face-framing pieces, perfectly complementing her Monique Lhuillier gown.

The look balanced sophistication with movement, creating a style that felt contemporary, fashion-forward, and beautifully wearable from ceremony through reception.

One of the most meaningful moments of the day was seeing Sammy's mother honor her Korean heritage by wearing a traditional hanbok for the ceremony before changing into a Western gown for the evening celebration—a beautiful reflection of the couple's story and the blending of two cultures.
